To perform a variety of skilled tasks in food preparation, cooking and presentation. Food preparation and service for a meal shift and/or concert events within a large restaurant operation.

Responsibilities:

  1.  Always provide superior service to our customers (internal and external).
  2. Setting up and stocking work areas with all necessary food, supplies and equipment.
  3. Preparation of various hot and cold foods and proper plating of dinners.
  4. Cooking and preparing of all foods served in restaurants in accordance to predetermined menu and recipes.
  5. Preparation of various breakfast and/or luncheon entrees and side dishes.
  6. Basic food preparation tasks, such as the cleaning and cutting of fruits and vegetables, preparing of individual portions of side dishes and desserts, slicing of meats and cheese, etc.
  7. Station set up and clean up after shift is over.
  8. Ensure that foods are maintained at proper temperatures for serving.
  9. Ensure that established health and safety procedures are followed.
  10. Monitor all foods for quality of taste, texture and appearance.
  11. Monitor all food production methods for cost and time efficiency.
  12. Maintain a safe environment for our guests and co-workers.
  13. Must maintain neatly groomed appearance and comply with uniform standards.
  14. Must follow Serv-Safe and health code regulations.
